• Full payment must be completed before order processing and dispatch.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspicious transactions, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Pan-India shipping services.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or public restrictions shall not be considered the Company liability.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

• Only size exchange requests are accepted.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must remain unused and in original condition.
• No return or refund will be applicable after successful delivery.
• For damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide an unboxing video with a visible timestamp within 24 hours of delivery.
• Return shipping charges for exchanges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved by the company.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders once confirmed and processed may not be cancelled. Cancellation requests are subject to management approval.

Disclaimer: As shankha (conch shell) bangles are made from natural conch shells, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are inherent characteristics of the material. Minor yellowish or cream-colored markings may naturally occur due to the shell’s unique structure and the manufacturing process. These natural variations are not defects and are a testament to the authenticity and individuality of each handcrafted shankha. Therefore, slight color markings or variations shall not be considered grounds for return or replacement.
